Hazel has had a great start. She placed all four times at the Southern California national specialty weekend at just 6 months old. She finished her title at the August 2004 Buckeye Specialty by going Best Of Winners the first day and Best Of Winners, Best of Opposite Sex over some very competitive girls the next day. Starting Jan '08, Hazel goes to WI to be shown by Carissa Boettcher. Hazel and Carissa have turned out to be an excellent team. She is a multiple group winner and also took Best Opp sex at the 2008 Regional before the national shows. She was also 1st in Brood bitch both days of the national event and a Select Award winner the day of the national. Her son was Best In Maturity and daughter Best Opp In Maturity and WB the day of the regional. Hazel finished out 2008 with group placements/wins and regional specialty awards which gave her an amazing finish for #1 Keeshond Bitch in breed and group points. She also completed her Hall of Fame. She is a precious girl and Carissa Boettcher has done an outstanding job presenting her. They are such good friends, I will let Hazel retire with her after her last litter due Summer 09.
